Get Motivated Seminar in Hartford CT!

Yesterday, I had the privilege of attending the Get Motivated seminar in Hartford CT. It was a sell out at the XL Center with over 19000 attendees! We had to get up really early, 4 AM to make sure we got there ahead of all the traffic and get a good seat in the platinum section on the floor. It paid off and we were in the front row when things kicked off at 8 AM! The speakers included Zig Ziglar, Tamara Lowe, General Colin Powell, Phil Town, Laura Bush, former NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani, Steve Forbes and James Smith! Truely some of the most successful men and woman of our time! Joe Montana was the first speaker and talked about the importance of team work. The whole event was just fantastic. Zig Ziglar was an inspiration to everyone. Several month ago while speaking he fell and sustained a head injury that effects his short term memory. His daughter was there to help support him. He gave a very touching presentation on what he calls the "Home Team Advantage" , that encompasses the importance of family, love and marriage to achieve life succes! James Smith took the stage like a firecracker. He talked about real-estate and the importance of getting in the game! His ideas on achieving success almost mirror my own. In my opinion his presentation was the best. He was energetic, straight forward and very funny! If you get the chance to see him live just do it! He is that good. Steve Forbes was incredible. This man should be our next president. If he changes his mind about running he has my vote. If you get the chance to hear him speak just do it. I'll be keeping a close eye on him from now on. I could go on and on about this event and each of the speakers. I picked up alot from attending this event and hope that they have it again next year. I'm always trying to learn more about improving myself and my business. I go to live events like this whenever I can and highly reccomend it. I always get so much more than what I have to invest to go. In fact Tracy and I invested in two other workshops at this event and can't wait to go. I posted a picture of Zig Ziglar above.
